12V power supply

I'm probably not the 1st to think of this, but I'm going to try it. Better than that leaky, heavy m/c battery ;)
(on the Xmas wish list w/ wifey)

Can Tire

Hey Mike, hope you've been able to get out! I've been stuck inside or busy every nice day so far this month
Hey Honey, look what I just bought!

Yepper, I been out lots but I only bring the Four Star because of field conditions, it's a bit soggy down there these days.
I got 4 flights in on Wed. Nice and sunny and very light winds from the East. This Sat is to be nice might see you there.

I see you been looking through the "Crappy Tire" catalog. Them there port a powers are a must have, Lots of pilots use them.

Yuppers !!

Think it'll work just fine! 700a unit.
Connect the starter clips to the clamps, push two buttons on the back of the unit and viola" .... works like a charm.
As soon as one starter clip is removed, the unit shuts off power to the clamps.
It can sit for 3 months without needing attention, simple to charge, no mess or worry about acid spills. Not too heavy.
